Cache can be retrieved from both Exit 46 or 47 while travelling in either direction. Use the wide shoulder for parking but Use caution while in and out of your cache mobile.
Cahe is tethered in place, please leave it that way. I recently found a new design of a recycled container for some caches. The bottom will unscrew from the top and should provide with moisture protection.
