Freiwillige Feuerwehr

Der Startpunkt der gemütlichen Cachetour von ca. 3 Stunden reine Gehzeit von Plaus nach Naturns und wieder zurück. Ihr werdet hierbei hoffentlich alle 25 Caches finden. Die Feuerwehren in Südtirol sind überwiegend als Freiwillige Feuerwehren organisiert. Es gibt mittlerweilen über 300 Freiwillige Feuerwehren in ganz Südtirol mit über 12.000 Mitgliedern. Die ersten Feuerwehren in Südtirol wurden in den Jahren 1864 in Bruneck, 1868 in Meran und 1872 in Brixen gegründet. Im Jahre 1872 wurde in Innsbruck auch der Tiroler Landesfeuerwehrverband gegründet welcher im Jahre 1873 unter anderem auch die Bestimmungen für die Befehlsgewalt am Einsatzort oder die Uniformierung erstellte. Durch den Vertrag von St. Germain mussten die Südtiroler Feuerwehren aus dem Landesfeuerwehrverband ausscheiden. Durch Umstellung auf die italienische Verwaltung mussten nach einem Rundschreiben vom 14. November 1923 auch die Feuerwehren italienisch als Kommandosprache verwenden. Auch das Tragen der österreichischen Kappen wurde verboten. Im Jahr 1925 wurden die Freiwilligen Feuerwehren per Dekret endgültig aufgelöst. Erst im Jahre 1954 wurden im Zuge der Autonomieverhandlungen die Feuerwehrzuständigkeiten wieder an die Gemeinden zurückgegeben. Die Feuerwehren erhielten durch die Gemeindeautonomie ihre Selbstverwaltung. Alle Berufsfeuerwehren, außer jener in Bozen wurden aufgelöst, so dass heute der Brandschutz ähnlich dem österreichischen wieder auf freiwilliger Basis steht. La partenza della piacevole passeggata di ca. 3 ore di solo camino da Plaus a Naturno e di ritorno. Durante la passeggiata spero che troverete tutti i 25 cache. I vigili del fuoco in Alto Adige sono prevalentemente organizzati vigili del fuoco volontari. Ci sono nel frattempo più di 300 organizzazioni volontari dei vigili del fuoco in Alto Adige, con oltre 12.000 membri. I primi vigili del fuoco in Alto Adige sono state fondate nel 1864 a Brunico, 1868 a Merano e il 1872 a Bressanone. Nel 1872 è stata fondata anche l`associazione tirolese Vigili del Fuoco che ha creato tra l'altro, le disposizioni per il comando sul campo o le divise nel 1873 a Innsbruck. Tramite il contratto St. Germain l`organizzazione ha dovuto ritirarsi. Il passaggio a l'amministrazione italiana aveva per una circolare del 14 novembre 1923 portava con se che i vigili del fuoco dovevano utilizzare l'italiano come linguaggio di comando. Anche indossare i tappi austriaco è stato vietato. Nel 1925, i vigili del fuoco volontari sono stati sciolti con decreto. Solo nel 1954 le responsabilità dei vigili del fuoco sono stati restituiti alle comunità a seguito di contratti di autonomia. Il servizio antincendio ricevuto dalla autonomia comunale era di autogoverno. Tutti i vigili del fuoco professionali, ad eccezione di quelli di Bolzano sono stati invertiti, tanto che oggi la protezione simile al austriaco è tornato su base volontaria. The fire brigades in South Tyrol are mainly organized volunteer fire departments. There are meanwhile more than 300 volunteer fire departments in South Tyrol with over 12,000 members. The first fire brigades in South Tyrol were founded in 1864 in Bruneck, 1868 in Merano and 1872 in Brixen.
