We were walking our Pitbull Dude (named for his laid back, relaxed attitude) and I got on the Mary-go-round, invited him to join, but he got a little frightened by the movement so he started running, but he couldn't run anywhere but around and around pulling me to dizzying levels :-) Just call him, the Dude. That, or His Dudeness, Duder, or El Duderino, if, you know, you're not into the whole brevity thing.
We have always wondered why this town doesn't have a single cache, so we feel obligated to fill the gap.
his park provides a seated pavilion for weary cachers to have a relaxed picnic.
Take a stroll though the butterfly garden, or use the exercise equipment around the 1/3 mile track, or let your toddlers play on the swings, or grown toddlers like us can use the handball or tennis courts. My favorite is the Mary-go-round, with Dude pulling me. (see attached Youtube link)
There is plenty of parking and a nice place to stretch and take a short break.
The cache is a slight bit larger than a film canister.
