Geocache Description:

Oh no, NOT another one of those mindless challenge caches where you have to find a certain amount of caches, in county(s) with the same name, in a certain amount of USA states!!!! Guess there is a reason why I pay attention to the different county(s)  that I visit, just in case some goofball creates a county challenge of some sort. Yep - here is another one of those mind-numbing challenges. However, this one has a little "twist" to it.

The purpose of this challenge is to FIND 4 caches in 4 COUNTY(S) with the same name in 4 DIFFERENT USA states. Easy enough, right??!!!?

Here is the twist: 2 county(s) MUST be EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. The other 2 county(s) MUST be WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. Easy enough, even I could do it!!

Oh, oh! Another "twist". Nothing fancy here: ALL cache icons are acceptable and ALL finds are acceptable as well, even if they have been archived for whatever reason, since you began playing this silly game.

By the way, there IS something to find at the coordinates provided. However, you cannot log the challenge as found/completed until you have actually completed the requirements.

Once you have completed this silly challenge, please provide in your cache log: the type of icon(s); name of the county(s); name of state(s); GC#; cache name(s); dates of finds. Please post your results in your log in a manner similar to what I have provided:

Traditional......Jackson County......Kansas......GC1BZG6......Spooky Hollow......12/31/11

Traditional......Jackson County......Missouri......GC3673D......H9: KC Battleship......01/16/12

Virtual......Jackson County......Georgia......GCE2D0......The Path......05/30/14

Earthcache......Jackson County......North Carolina......GC10AWF......Eastern Continental Divide Earthcache......05/30/14

The cache is placed in the Junction City, KS, area. Off of East Chestnut Street between Candlewood Suites and Aaron's, there is an unmarked dead end road. Follow that road to the parking coordinates - you will know that you are in the correct spot for there will be a red fire hydrant close by (fire hydrant may be a little difficult to see for it is sort of hidden by trees as of 06/09/19). Park and make the short and uneventful (hopefully) hike to GZ.

Difficulty/terrain rating at final cache location is most likely a 2/2. There will be some bushwacking in order to get to and find the container. Rating the difficulty/terrain for the actual challenge as 3.5/3.5, mainly because of various factors you will come into in order to complete this challenge.

Container that you should be finding is a LARGE PILL BOTTLE with BLUE camo tape on it. Container will have a fresh log as of 06/09/19 with a secondary container inside to help protect from the elements.
