Of course, it isn't really stratospheric, but you get the idea. You must either have prodigious climbing skills or will need a TOTT of some consequence in order to sign the log. The cache is located in McDonough Park Preserve which is a nondescript patch of woodlands just north of Saint Paul Avenue and east of Davern in Saint Paul/Highland Park. There is parking on Saint Paul Avenue. After signing the log, please screw the lid on tightly and try to replace the cache exactly as you found it. If you run into difficulties or are unable to replace the cache in its original location, please contact me to let me know about it. I live nearby, and will do whatever maintenance I can to preserve the caching experience for others. Thanks. This cache has been registered with Saint Paul Parks. BYOP.
