Shady Valley Park, in my opinion, is a hidden gem, in my opinion. Despite its size and everything that it has to offer (basketball courts, tennis courts, an awesome playground and a huge field for playing any field sport), it's fairly unknown....when I tell people about it, most of the time they've never heard of it before! My wife takes our four children there quite often, and my daughter had lacrosse practice there over the summer.
