Geocache Description:

Hid this cache on our anniversary hike (Gibraltar Rock trail-North Granite Ridge trail-Musquodoboit Rail trail).

We hiked the North Granite Ridge Trail (starting at the car park and the Gibraltar Rock Trail), our way back led along the Musquodoboit Rail Trail (great for cycling!). We'd been looking for a nice spot to hide our cache and resting on a bench just before getting back to the car we thought this was our last chance - and it happened to be the perfect spot to hide our cache.

If you have time and are up for a partly challenging hike, do it the way we did it. The way along the Gibraltar Rocka nd the Granite Ridge trail is challenging, but the way back on the rail trail is a piece of cake. So, if you don't have much time or just want to go for a short stroll, park at the parking lot (north, start of the Gibraltar Rock trail) but just walk along the rail trail, and then the same way back.
