This station has been sidetracked since 1985. It was locally known as the Midland Station as it served the Midland railways line. It was actually the first railway station in Lincoln, predating Lincoln Central Station.
Some elements of the station can still be seen in the area known as St Mark's- now a shopping area. There is a fake signal box and some retro-signage. I've marked a waypoint to show the actual location of some of thee original buildings.
