Ground Control to Major Tom Challenge - Earth
Everyone loves an Earthcache!
They bring you to the most interesting places, provide a great synopsis of the geological significance of the area, challenge us with questions, and have us performing tasks that make us think.
This cache presents you with it's own challenge.
The Challenge
The cache IS at the posted coords.
However, you will need to read and meet the logging requirements, as set out below, to claim a find.
In order to log this cache as a find, you must have found and logged at least 10 Earthcaches on the same calendar day and the Earthcaches must be in Canada and/or the United States.
The Rules
* The Earthcaches MUST be in either Canada, or the U.S., or both Canada and the U.S.
* The number of Earthcaches found in Canada and/or the U.S. can be in any combination as long as they total at least 10, and were found on the same date.
For example,
- On December 1, 2014, 9 Earthcaches were found in Canada, and 1 in the U.S. - QUALIFY
- On May 4, 2013, 6 Earthcaches were found in Canada and 4 in the U.S. - QUALIFY
- On February 12, 2013, 5 Earthcaches were found in the U.S. and 5 in Mexico - THIS WOULD NOT QUALIFY as those caches in Mexico do not count Earthcache
- On January 2, 2014, 10 Earthcaches were found in the U.S. - QUALIFY
* The finds can be from before or after the publication of this challenge cache
* You must sign the logbook of the cache container hidden at the posted coordinates AND meet the requirements of the challenge in order to log this as a find
* You are welcome to find the cache before completing all of the requirements. If you do, please just sign the log and post a note on the cache page. Then, after you have completed the challenge, you can come back and log it as a find.
* You can only claim a find after you have found and signed the log
* Logged finds that do not qualify will be deleted.

The difficulty and terrain rating of this cache are not reflective of the hide, but more for the challenge itself and the caches you would have done to achieve this challenge.

- provide a list of the Earthcaches you have found and the date you found them.
