FULL SERVICE GEO POST OFFICE
Post has arrived on the island. A brave pigeon brings the mail to and from the post office. He flies, from the above coordinates, over a distance of 2984 meters and doing so, he follows the course of 197 degrees.
HUH?
This cache is a Letterbox Hybrid in an effort to help you find it with ease. The stated coordinates are not for the container. Just follow the above given directions for this letterbox. The Geo Post Office is located in a residential area. You may park in front of the post office but not blocking the gates. Please be considerate of the neighbors. If we are around we will wave or come out and say hi. You dont have to be at the other site of the fence and the guarddogs know that also. Dont stick your hand true the fence. As ink will dry out over here do take your own with you. In the LBH is a stamp. Just the way it should be.
WHAT?
Geo Post Office caches are placed to hold postcards with each postcard having a short message and a forwarding address on it. The address should have the person's geocaching-name that you are trying to send the postcard to, their home area and destination cache. Again, the idea is to move postcards to another geo postoffice or another cacher until postcards reach their destination. When you move a postcard from one place to another, let the addressee know in case they are close enough to pick it up. Make sure that you are moving it closer to its destination.
WHY?
It's another neat thing that we can do with geocaching!
HOW?
Look inside the container for the, mostly International, mail.
BOTTOM LINE!
The postcards are moving. See this first log of this geocache. (http://coord.info/GLGA5EBA)
