M is for the Mound of Gold garbage we will CITO! ♵ Cache In Trash Out® Event

Join fellow Geocachers at this New Years CITO Event

This will be the 3rd in a series of 5 CITO events designed to clean up the peninsula after New Years Eve. Each event will be just one hour in length, which should be ample time to clear out a small section of park. Overall this CITO tour will cover South San Francisco, San Bruno, Millbrae, Burlingame, and San Mateo.

Come join other geocachers and help to clean up the Milbrae Spur Trail and Josephine Waugh-Soroptomist Park!

Time: 11:15am-12:15pm
Special note:
After this event there will be a 45 minute gap between this and the next CITO to allow for a lunch break. It's crucial to give all you hard workers a chance to rest and refuel to avoid breaking any labor laws

What to bring: Gloves and small, throw-away plastic bags or reusable buckets.  The garbage in these parks consists primarily of food wrappers, cans, bottles, and other small items.  Larger garbage bags will be provided to consolidate trash at the end of the hour.
