Geocache Description:

The twenty-fifth in a series of caches I hope will bring attention to DC's wealth of "hidden" mural art.

In September 2013 the Heineken Mural Project brought four artists to DC; meet Ever's Description Foucault's Panopticon Theory and its Consequences.

Hailing from Argentina, artist Evers completed a massive mural that wraps around the back and side of the DC Lofty Hostel. The mural's theme is of the survelliance state in whose Panotpticon's all seeing eye misses nothing.

From Wikipedia:

Ever began painting graffiti on his city's streets in the 1990s, starting with letter-based works. Since then, his work has evolved towards portraits of people, which Ever claimed is due to the influence of Gustav KlimtFrancis Bacon and Vincent van Gogh. Ever's preference is to paint ordinary people, based on photos he finds on the Internet, or people he sees on the streets, or simply his own brother. The "painterly" style of portraits is more typical of paintings found in a gallery than in street art. Ever uses both aerosol and brush-based techniques in his work.

** Congrats to Aliengirl for her first FTF! **

You are looking for a magnetic nano.  I have been back to this cache again and again when folks post that the coords are off, but every time my GPS says the same.  Sounds like there is some bounce in the area.  It is no longer especially close to the mural, but it is on the same block.
