More family-friendly events had been requested by some local cachers, and I'd been thinking of hosting an event, so this is a good place to start :) I hope to continue with more of these in various parks that have the 3 P's.
Geocaching has introduced me to many new parks around town, county, and state. Often I find myself saying "where's that park?". Well, this is one of the few I knew of before I started caching. San Felasco is a great little park, once you figure out where to turn to get into it :) There are some nice trails with several caches if you haven't gotten them already! Show them to a newbie if you have found them already ;)
We'll gather at the pavilion to sign the log, chat, exchange or discover trackables, etc. There may be prizes...
In case of rain, we'll still have this event in one of the covered pavilions.
