Hedonistic Hippopotamus Traditional Cache

This location is a local little park that has had a very recent upgrade to the playground equipment.  There is room to kick the footy or let the geo pooch have a run.  There are many Muggle dwellings with full view of the park, so employment of stealth may be required.
 

This is a camo'd cache and although hidden in a somewhat predictable spot it may still provide a challenge.  The terrain rating is higher due to what is above rather than what is below.
