Perrenoud - Rolling Terrain Traditional Cache

Perrenoud - Rolling Terrain is located in a gentle rolling forest that has been selectively cut. Care and attention are needed at all times due to abundant deadfall, uneven terrain, wildlife, and hunters during the season (early September – November 30th most years).

Perrenoud - Rolling Terrain is an authentic regular sized LnL type container with the usual logbook, cache note, and pencils.

Come on out and enjoy this lesser known park on one of the back roads off the Grand Valley Road west of Highway 22. All of the roads leading to the park are paved and well maintained year round. Enjoy!

Park History

In 1980, George Emil Perrenoud donated this land to the Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks and Wildlife Foundation for the purpose of a wilderness park for the benefit of the residents of the Province of Alberta.
