Geocache Description:

From Fort Stevens Historical Site & Military Museum parking lot ($5 day use fee), walk or bike the trail going south to the wildlife viewing area—about a half mile. Take the trail to the viewing area. From the paved trail, step off 18 paces or until your compass points north. On your left, you should see a rather nondescript trial. Your objective is about 14 paces on that trail. Note: Use a pace length of 30ʺ.

It’s a nano but may not appear to be what you expect.

The log is in the vial. Bring tweezers. BYOP.

Nota Bene: If you are caching in the late spring or early summer, mosquito repellent is highly recommended. They’re wicked this time of the year.
