Geocache Description:

This cache is not at the posted coordinates. Finding this cache involves two steps: The first step is to go to the posted coordinates and answer questions about your surroundings. The second step is to answer the questions about some of the other caches I have on my Preston Ridge Trail series to decipher the 3 digit combination to open the locked cache at its physical location.

The container is attached to something, and you must figure out the 3 digit code to open it and sign the log. Please don't log this cache as a find unless you physically find the container, open it, and sign the log. Any found logs not meeting this criteria can be deleted without warning.

The physical container is located at: N 32 58.ABC W 96 47.DEF

A: On the side of one of the benches is a plaque with an 800 #. What is the 3rd digit from the right?

B: Look for a sign talking about not picking up after your dog being a crime. What is the first digit in the Dallas City Ordinance?

C: Look at the bike rack and count the number of "humps" and "valleys.". Add the number of humps and valleys together. Add 1 to that.

D: Look at the back of the marquis. What material is it made of? plastic: 3 metal: 8 wood: 6

E: Count the number of slats (the part you sit on) on the bench (the one furthest North). Divide by 4 then subtract 1.

F: Find a plaque on the ground that had words starting with "He that planteth a tree..." Count the number of letters in the last word of the 1st paragraph.

For the digits of the lock combination:

Look at the logs on my Preston Ridge Trail #1 cache. Find the log of the 4th person to find it. What is the first digit of the 4-digit number at the end of her name?

Look at my Preston Ridge Trail #2 logs. Techiegrl64 posted the number of her finds as of that log. What is the middle digit?

Look at my Preston Ridge Trail #11 GC Code. What is the first number in it? Subtract 1 to get the last digit to the combination.
