EVEN a Newbie can find this one Mystery Cache

ex135nav: I am sorry to say that this cache is missing and the area has changed significantly since it was first placed. I did not find a suitable place nearby that I could place a regular sized cache that would be appropriate for a "Newbie" to find.

I may use the technique in the future if I find an appropriate place for a regular sized cache to be found by a Newbie. Feel free to use the technique and place a similar cache if you so desire.

EVEN a Newbie should be able to follow the NUMBERS and SHOULD be able to find this cache. The container is a small regular or a large small.  While it doesn't contain much swag, it can BE fun to find after a bit of a walk. Park on a residential road or your reputation may be BLACKENED by a police ticket.  AFTER finding the cache, let me know if the connecting line is still attached.  There is no PRINTING on THE container.
