Geocache Description:

Lake Fitzgerald is an increasingly large conservation area in Northampton, MA known for its wildlife, varied terrain, and recreational opportunities. Explore the hills of rocky erratics and beautiful trees!

Parking is available on North Farms Road, Cooke Avenue, Marian Street, and Coles Meadow Road. Click here for more detailed information. Recommended parking is at North Farms Road.

Click here for a trail map.

Follow the blue-blazed Lake Trail from North Farms Road until you reach a close proximity of GZ. This spot is very close to the trail and may be more visible to muggles. Please use a little extra stealth here! You are searching for a lock-and-lock.

The setup of GZ is the direct reason for the naming of this cache. What do you do in a throne? Take a seat. What happens when a throne is the one sitting? Think of the geocache's perspective!

Good Luck! Happy Caching!
