Was a cache close by the location of this one that has been archived wanted to bring back a smiley to the location shouldn't be to much of a problem to grab this one is a busy area muggles in the area most of the time some stealth will be needed in order to keep this cache from getting muggled, Be Safe ,Have Fun & Cache On !
