We're always ready to see our geocaching friends when we come home, and "the last hurrah!" is usually New Year's Eve. We'll gather at Mesa Rosa at 15515 Ranch Road 620N, Austin, (feels like Round Rock but it's an Austin address - it's about 3.7 miles west of I-35) again this year, and follow up with some night caching. We will be there around 6:00, and stay til at least 8:00. We can usually get a room for our group, but IT REALLY HELPS IF YOU R.S.V.P. so we can tell them how many are coming. And SEE? You can come see us and still get to that party to watch the ball drop and dance til YOU do! Come early, come late, but PLEASE COME! We'd love to see both old friends and new.
About that night caching - we have a couple in mind that we haven't done, but suggestions are welcome! We usually split into smaller groups for the caching, so speak up if you have a cache you've been jonesing to do but haven't been able to yet. There are likely others who are interested as well.
