This cache is inside a secure government site that is totally fenced off. The only entrance is through double "man trap" gates. Guard dogs can appear at any time, 24/7. The public is allowed, but rules of entrance are prominently posted and must be strictly followed. If you don't have the proper TOTT, you will be obviously out of place.
If you are able to get to ground zero, then you will find some unexpected unique features. Enjoy the hunt.
Oh, and it is a very kid-friendly hunt, except that the cache is too small for treasure.
