HAVE FUN!!!!!!!
Started in 1951, the Ramp Festival is the oldest festival in Tennessee. The name "ramp" supposedly was a shortening of rampson, the name of a similar plant. Devotees of the ramp say it has a mouth-watering, sweet flavor with a hint of garlic; they also concede that it has an astoundingly strong smell---like that of a wild onion multiplied a thousand times. It was once used in medicinal tonics, the theory being that the odor was enough to ward off germs and certainly germy people. This festival is held in Kineuvista Hill, near Cosby, Tennessee.
For the final location of this puzzle, fill in the blank.....How many letters are in the name of the town near Kineuvista Hill that hosts the Ramp Festival?

(I would like to thank Joey&Deb for his contribution of most of the containers, all the local cachers for their time and efforts for the placement of the containers, the reviewers for their time of publication, Larry Butler and Steve Grudzinski for the idea that made the TENNESSEE State Star possible!)
