Não interessa se chove ou se faz Sol, se está calor ou frio, se o vento sopra furiosamente ou o céu troveja; não interessa se é na maior das cidades ou no lugar mais isolado, se há uma morada e correspondência para entregar há também um carteiro que a leve até lá.Há homens e mulheres que em todo o mundo, face a todas as adversidades, dão o seu melhor para levar a correspondência que lhes confiam ao lugar certo e no tempo planeado.Nos locais mais isolados chegam a ser muito mais do que simples carteiros, ligam as populações isoladas ao mundo, levam medicamentos e outros bens de primeira necessidade a quem não tem capacidades para se deslocar aos centros urbanos.São heróis discretos da nossa sociedade, encaram todos os dias as adversidades para completarem a sua missão, nem sempre recebendo o devido reconhecimento.

It doesn’t matter if it rains or it’s sunny, if it’s hot or cold, if the wind blows furiously or there’re lightning strikes; it doesn’t matter if it is in the biggest cities or in the most remote location, if there’s an address and mail to deliver there, there’s also a mailman to deliver it. There are men and women all over the world, that against all the adversities, give their best to deliver the mail that is trusted to them on time to the right place. In remote locations the mailman do much more than just deliver mail, they connect the populations to the rest of the world, transporting medication and other first necessity goods to those that are unable to travel to the urban centers. They’re silent heroes of our society, facing every day the adversities to complete their mission, not always receiving the appreciation that they deserve.
