This cache is easy to find, and if you like dragons, well, then you should really enjoy it.
LOG SIGNING INSTRUCTIONS: the log is hidden inside scuba tube inside a dragon, which is inside an egg, which is inside a plastic box....a bit like a Russian nesting doll.
To get the log, remove the rocks from the top (not the sides), take off the lid to the plastic box and lift the LID of the egg, remove the dragon and remove the scuba....I think everyone knows how to get the log sheet out of a scuba! 
Note: THERE IS NO NEED TO REMOVE THE PLASTIC BOX OR THE EGG FROM THE PLASTIC CONTAINER.
