The cache IS at the listed coordinates. But to claim this challenge as a find you must have attended 100 Geocaching Events.
All Event types count for this challenge: Event Cache, Cache In Trash Out, Mega-Event, Lost and Found Event and Giga Events.

To claim this as a find, go to your geocaching profile there you will find your statistics. You can post a screenshot of your events or you can just note your attended number in your log. I will check profiles to insure that the cache requirement has been met. Any found it logs, not meeting the requirement will be deleted. If you find the cache without the 100 required events, you are welcome to post a note on the cache page and change it to a found it once the requirements have been met.
