Właśc. Wille braci Bahrów. Dwie okazałe wille secesyjne zaprojektowane przez berlińskie biuro projektowe Marenholz & Thernicker i wybudowane w latach 1895-1902 przy Böhmstrasse 1 i 1a (obecnie 30 Stycznia) przez znanych landsberskich braci: przemysłowca, właściciela Jutefabrik - Maxa Bahra i kupca i filantropa - Roberta [Franza Samuela] Bahra. Jako pierwszy (już w 1895 roku) przy Böhmstrasse wybudował się Robert. Zamieszkał tu z żoną Hedwig i dziećmi. W latach 1901-1902 dobudował się jego starszy brat Max. Zajmował dom wraz z żoną Emmą Adelheid i pięciorgiem dzieci. Kompleks uzupełniał ogród z rzeką Kłodawką. Dwie części ogrodu łączył drewniany mostek, który nie zachował się do dzisiejszych czasów. Willa posiadała przeszklony ogród zimowy.
Po wojnie w kompleksie domów Bahrów mieściła się m.in. siedziba biskupów gorzowskich (zwana Pałacem Biskupów), a później Sąd Kościelny. W latach 2009-2011 willa przeszła kapitalny remont. W 2012 roku rozpoczął tu działalność Instytut im. bp. Wilhelma Pluty.

Actually the Villa consists of two buildings. They are splendid Art Nouveau villas designed by the Berlin design office Marenholz & amp; Thernicker and built between 1895-1902 at Böhmstrasse 1 and 1a (now 30 Stycznia Str.) by well-known brothers: Max Bahr - industrialist, the owner of factory- Jutefabrik and the merchant and philanthropist - Robert [Franz Samuel] Bahra. Robert lived here with his wife Hedwig and children. In the years 1901-1902 his brother Max had an extension built here . He dwelled the house together with his wife, Emma Adelheid and five children. The complex included the garden by the River Klodawka. The two parts of the garden were connected with the wooden bridge, which has not survived to this day. The Villa had also a glass winter garden
After WW2, the building housed the Gorzow bishop ( it's still called the Palace of Bishops by locals), and later the Church Court. Between 2009-2011 the villa underwent some extensive renovation. Since 2012 it has been the Institute of Bishop Wilhelm Pluta. (former well-known bishop of Gorzów)
