Blink and you will miss it when driving between Lithgow and Mudgee. Behind the telephone booth and the letter box you’ll find and tree with something like seven trunks. The letterbox and phone booth, as well as the school across the road suggest that there is a community somewhere nearby, but there is nothing much visible to the eye to prove that.
STOP, stretch the legs, REVIVE, find a cache, SURVIVE. One more thing…only a few kilometres from here towards Capertee is a straight stretch of road that often has a police car waiting for you…stick to the limit and save some money.
