Nokiidaa is Ojibwe for "walking together" and the Nokiidaa Trail is a great place to do it, and to Geochache!
The name of the cache is Ojibwe too, but we'll let you figure it out. Cache is just off an extension trail of the Nokiidaa that is popular with dog walkers and mountain bikers. If you're coming from the east, there is a railway tie bridge over a small tributary creek enroute to the cache. It is quite secure, but narrow. Take care.
We often see a hawk at the GZ overlooking the field for prey. Cache is a 2" by 4" cylinder that is well concealed and camouflaged. Please practice good geocaching etiquette and place everything back exactly as found.
Happy noojitoon!
