 Rocca Sella (1508 m s.l.m. - Alpi Graie), La vetta
anche chiamata Monta Caprasio, si trova nei comuni di Rubiana, Villar Dora e Caprie, in bassa Val di Susa di fronte alla Sacra di San Michele. La sua vetta rocciosa ospita, ben visibili da valle, una statua della Madonna (raggiungibile attraverso pochi passi di arrampicata al II+ grado) ed una cappella-rifugio sempre aperta posta poco più in basso.
Data la bassa quota e la vicinanza alla città, la montagna è piuttosto frequentata da escursionisti e può essere salita con relativa facilità durante tutto l'anno.
Accesso: Ci sono vari percorsi per accedere alla vetta. Oltre al sentiero 575, detto anche il sentiero Nord, più lungo ma anche più comodo con passaggio dal versante Nord in direzione Monte Sapei, i due sentieri sul versante meridionale, il Tramontana, molto bello, panoramico, con qualche tratto ripido, ed il Canalone, che sarebbe la direttissima, ci sono delle delle varianti, sentieri secondari e vie d'arrampicata per tutti i gusti.
Noi ci sentiamo di consigliare il sentiero Tramontana dato che è divertente (uso di mani in un paio di occasioni) e panoramico.

Il Cache: E' un regular abbondante, nascosto lungo il sentiero prima della vetta, visto che essa è piuttosto frequentata.
 Rocca Sella (1508 m a.s.l. - Graian Alps), the summit
also called Mount Caprasio, located in the municipalities of Rubiana, Villar Dora and Caprie, in the lower Susa valley in front of the Sacra di San Michele. Its rocky summit hosts, clearly visible from the valley, a statue of the Madonna (reachable through a short III grade climb) and a chapel-refuge, which is always open.
Given the low altitude and proximity to the city, the mountain is quite popular with walkers and can be reached relatively easily throughout the year.
Access: There are several paths to access the summit. There's the path sentiero 575, also known as the sentiero Nord, which is a bit longer but also more comfortable, passing by the north side towards Monte Sapei, the two paths on the south side, the Tramontana, very beautiful, panoramic, with some steep sections, and the Canalone, which would be the direct route, there are their variations, secondary paths and some climbing routes for everyones taste.
We would recommend the Tramontana trail since it's fun (you can use the hands in some spots) and quite panoramic.

The Cache: Is regular sized and is hidden along the path to the peak since near the chapel it's often crowded.
