A short walk in the park where you can appreciate the efforts of the local citizens to make a reserve available for all who want to use it. From the top of the cricket oval you have fantastic views over Fraser Island; you're in paradise.

This is a very small cache, a small Systema box to keep the weather out. It contains a tiny log and pencil, and was kicked off with a US 1c coin and a small brass camel purchased in my Saudi Arabian travel. If you visit in the summer you may need some Aerogard or similar because the Midges will get you!
Enjoy the mangroves, the views over the Great Sandy Straits and the scenery of the area.
