BB5 - Meet 'n Greet,... and sleep!

Net zoals andere jaren openen we het Mega Event weekend met een gezellige Meet 'n Greet. Deze gaat door op de terreinen van "De Strooien Hane" in Loppem. Nieuw is dit jaar de mogelijkheid om er te overnachten met je mobilhome! De plaatsen hiervoor zijn beperkt dus wees er snel bij. Natuurlijk kan je ook nog steeds met je tent bij ons terecht.

Hoelaat beginnen we er aan?
Vrijdag 10 april om 19u openen we alvast de deuren.

Wat is er allemaal te doen? Eerst en vooral is het de bedoeling om kennis te maken met andere cachers van over gans de wereld. Daarnaast ook nog:

Uitwisselen van Travel Bugs, een ideaal moment om je TB naar een van de uithoeken van de wereld te krijgen!/
Van een lekker drankje genieten samen met een lekkere braadworst
Kennis maken met de organisatie
Plannen om te cachen in Brugge...

Wat zal dit mij kosten?
Helemaal niets! Indien je wilt blijven overnachten kost dit € 5 voor het ganse weekend (enkel tenten). Zie hier voor meer informatie.

Super, hoe schrijf ik me hiervoor in?
Een Will Attend is voldoende. Om de camping te reserveren hou je best onze website www.geocachingbrugge.be in de gaten. De inschrijvingen zullen via daar gebeuren en gaan open zondag 4 januari!

Like other years we will open our Mega Event weekend with a Meet and Greet event. This will happen at "De Strooien Hane" in Loppem. New is the possibility to sleep there in your campervan. These places will be limited so being fast will be key. Of course we still have room for tents.

How late do we begin?
Friday the 10th of April at 19:00 we will open the doors.

What can we do there?
First and foremost is the possibility to meet cachers from all around the world.
Besides that you can also:

Exchange Trackables. A perfect moment to send your to a remote corner of the world.
Get a taste of the famous Belgian beers and eat a sausage
Meet the organisation
Make plans for caching in Bruges

What will it cost?
Absolutely nothing! Staying over night with a tent will cost € 5 for the whole weekend. Check our website www.geocachingbrugge.be for more information about that.

Great, how do I sign up?
Just putting a Will Attend here is enough. To make a reservation for the camping you better keep an eye on our website www.geocachingbrugge.be. Registrations for that will happen there and will open the 4th of Januari!
