< C (Less Than C) Tree Climb Mystery Cache

Cache is Not at the Posted Coordinates.  

Do not go there, it is dangerous and unlawful, and you will likely get run over by a fast moving car or truck.  

Cache is a camouflaged matchstick dry case.  Located in a tree.  Climb to the top.

You must solve the puzzle to locate the final for this cache.

I have wanted to place this cache since < C fell out of a tree on the 5th of May.  I needed to find the right tree.  

Just couldn’t do it as a traditional, because I knew Amandag42 would take her time looking at it.

So, here’s the puzzle:  

A > 1 but < 3

B < 9 but > 6 and ≠ 7

C > 2 but < 7 ≠ 6 and is even

D = prime number  < 5,  > 1, ≠ 2

E = √25

F = 3

G ≈ √10

H   #’s Σ is = to #‘s product, ≠ 2
