The City Park GeoTrail (CPG) Kick-Off Event - Hagerstown City Park

at the Peter Buys Bandshell in Hagerstown City Park
for the launch of the Hagerstown City Park GeoTrail.
Welcome Geocachers! Hagerstown City Park is known as America's Most Beautiful City Park. The park was designed by landscape architect George Burnap who helped design some of the landscapes in Central Park. Please do take some time to stroll this scenic park. While here please do take some time to visit any of the four museums located here - Museum of Fine Art, Mansion House, Hager House and City Park Train Museums as well as the Peter Buys Band Shell.
Are you ready to explore Hagerstown's City Park? Whether you are an experienced geocacher or want to learn about geocaching , everyone is welcome to join us for the launch of this exciting new trail.
The trail consists of five geocaches placed at locations in and around Hagerstown City Park. A untrackable token will be awarded to the first 900 geocachers that complete the CPG.
Tokens can be picked up at the following locations. They will also have coins and a pathtag set for sale as well.
