Geocache Description:

Redmond rain may be cleaned in a stormwater treatment wetland, which is that pond you see just behind the fence at GZ. You don't need to dig or walk in the treatment facility to find the cache.

Redmond Rain

Stormwater rushes off of the acres of parking nearby and makes a stop here before flowing into Bear Creek. This has the benefit of keeping these beautiful plants alive!

Find the openings through the fence on the creek side of the trail and explore the "mowed grass path" nearby to learn more about the stormwater facilities and the stream buffer you are enjoying. Take a peek at Bear Creek for signs of spawning salmon! A respite from the hustle and bustle of Redmond.

If you plan ahead and bring a bag, this is a good CITO opportunity. People around this trail seem to have trouble finding the trash cans.

If you drive here, you will find ample parking nearby that is meant for visitors to the local merchants. Stop by one of the stores while you are here.
