Where is Rudolph? Found Him in Washington! Mystery Cache

This famous Yuletide LPC ("Light Producing Creature") has been missing.   However, the other eight reindeer have all helped this time and have given us clues where he might be hidding!     We must help Santa find him before Christmas Eve or the presents might not be delivered to the good little girls and boys all over the world in time for Christmas morning.    

During the past eight days, each of the other reindeer have shared a number.    You can now use those numbers to find Rudolph in time for him to help Santa Clause tonight.    Here is how you can find Rudolph:

1.   Add all eight numbers together.   Let that number = "R" (for "Rudolph)

2.   To get the correct N coordinates, multiply 1.118 By R. Add that number to N 38 xx.xxx get the final North coordinates.   

3.   To get the correct W coordinates, divide 10.672 by R. Add that number to W 091 xx.xxx to get the final West coordinates.
