The Nashua River Rail Trail is a beautiful trail for walking, geocaching, and of course, riding a bike. Great for young children, in that there are very few busy road crossings and there are several stretches which are several miles long. We have been riding this trail for quite a few years and have seen many different critters during our trips. Among our encounters have been deer, horses, turkeys, chickens, turtles, snakes, and on one occasion, we even encountered several pigs wallowing in a muddy area to the side of the path.
This Park and Grab is at one of the parking areas for people to start their NRRT experience.
The cache is a nano and should be pretty easy to find. It is in the area of an cache that was recently archived.
