This is one of our Evil hides, which usually means it is hiding in plain sight and/or blends into the surroundings. That said, and to keep the thrill of the hunt alive, we ask that you do not take pictures of the cache, container, hiding spot, etc.. If you are looking for an adventure with some interesting containers, we hope you'll try our fun and challenging Evil series up here in Chestertown.
The possibility for cover is there but so are muggles and lots of them. (I use my car for cover when checking the status and never park in a spot) Violet and her friend Frankenstein down the street are Evil siblings but not identical twins. This cache is available 24-hours and the property owners have given their permission for the hide. Until we are able to better pinpoint the coordinates, we've added a hint to help out. Use it to figure out; who is Violet, and what was she known for. Then you should have an idea of the type of container you are searching, or maybe not. In addition, we added a second hint to help you zero in on the correct host. FYI - I just checked again and the coordinates are as good as it gets when I check them on a GPS website but the bounce down there is rather strong and my phone gives me a reading of 25 to 50 feet off. To save time, be sure to stick to the TERRAIN RATING.
Spend some time on the Sunny side of the street trying to find this Champion!
Congrats for FTF goes to SoaringGeo who wasted no time finding our Evil siblings. Nice job! We believe that hard work should be rewarded, so we'd like to congratulate both Kirsten2usa and GeoHans6327 for staying the course and coming up with STF honors to start the birthday week off right. Congrats to all!
