Finding the cache is easy. It is at the listed coordinates. HOWEVER, in order to claim this as a find, you must first meet the requirements listed below.
- Find and move or discover at least 250 trackables. (This will show up in your public profile.)
- Trackables that belong to you cannot be counted in your total.
- Help at least 20 trackables accomplish their goal. The details of how to do this vary from trackable to trackable due to each having their own unique mission or goal. Examples of ways you can help the trackable:
- Move the trackable to its desired destination.
- Move the trackable more than 200 miles closer (as the crow flies) to its desired destination.
- Place the trackable in the type of cache where it wants to go (a cache that begins with a certain letter of the alphabet, a cache at a state capitol, a cache at a mall, etc.).
- Take a photo of the trackable near a place where it wants to be (such as a zoo, national park, beach, an art gallery, etc.).
Trackables with discovery only or vague goals such as “to travel from place to place”, “to be discovered”, or to “roam the world” do not count toward the helping portion of this goal. You need to help trackables that have specific destinations or goals listed.
To document that you have completed the challenge requirements:
- List the number of trackables you have moved/discovered in your log.
- List the 20 trackables you have helped accomplish their mission, list the date you helped, and how you helped the trackable meet its goal.
