HELP! I Need A Friend In Belgium Multi-Cache

I have a friend in Belgium and we are partnering up this multi cache between here and Belgium. Her cache will be written in Dutch so you might want to put it through a translator appt. The way this cache works is you go to my posted coordinates and find coordinates to a cache in Belgium. It is called A Short Trip To Oregon GC5JD27. Then you log into that cache as a write a note to look for a partner in Belgium. When you get a partner which can only log once you give them the coordinates that you found and they give you coordinates to a cache here.
