As the ledgend goes the was one a old farmer that used to work the nearby fields .  as time went by and the grooves were changed to industrial or cattle ranchers  the old farmer / groove worker was getting more and more down on his luck.  The the hurricanes of 2004 rolled through this area and destroyed everything that he own.  

Fournately for him there was a Good Will  and Outreach center nearby. He vowed that he would repay there help some how.  Soon after that the farmer died.  Never being able to fulfill his vow.  His Specter has been seen in the nearby wooded area close to the Goodwill in search of those are down and out  trying to fulfill his vow   You are looking for bison on a host
