In Spring 2020, the street where this cache is located was officially designated a Stay Healthy Street by the City of Seattle. These streets are closed to vehicle through-traffic, but are OPEN to people walking, rolling, biking, running, skating, playing, and geocaching in the street. Local access by residents, deliveries, and emergency services are still allowed. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Stay Healthy Streets gave people extra space to recreate outside and get where they need to go while allowing each other to maintain physical distance.

Got a book to share? Bring it. This is mostly accessible on a wheelchair; reaching the container may require help if the ground is wet and squishy.
Park at the posted coordinates. Head to Stage 1. Enjoy the circular patio at Cedar Park. Some stones are engraved. I especially like one that says PLAY NEEDS NO EXCUSE. To the left of PLAY NEEDS NO EXCUSE is another stone with different words written on it.

Since play needs no excuse, you might also enjoy the sandy area with swings, a large, climbing structure, basketball courts, and a walking path around the oval lawn. These are not required for this geocache.
