This cache is placed at the site of a previous hide, the original Nore Valley View. A beautiful view back towards the bridge at Inistioge can be seen from here.
This particular abandoned structure was built as a folly and was/is part of the Woodstock Estate. It was built in the gothic style but does not have much architecture about it anymore. The shape of the windows are the best indicator of the style. If you look through the main window you will be rewarded by a great view of the village's ten arched bridge. If you go around to the front of the building, underneath the main window, there is a curious cellar type room with an arched opening, its a bit spooky.

I found my first physical cache here back in March 2007, nearly four thousand caches ago. Please replace carefully and beware of muggles at busy times (Weekends & Holidays). Cache is not in the structure but nearby. In the forest and on a steep aspect the signal may be a bit bouncy.
