(RRR) Reduce, Re-use, Recycle Traditional Cache

After some calculations there was vacancy for one more cache in this highly congested geocaching hot-spot. The cache is located on the outskirts of a Forest Grove neighbourhood. Big shout out to Keats94 who has hidden many caches around here! When you approach the bridge over troubled water take the path heading North to reach GZ.
