According to Google, the definition of Inconspicuous is "not clearly visible or attracting attention; not conspicuous." You will need to be Inconspicuous to grab this cache as campus security is a short distance down the road. Luckily, this one should be a quick park and grab so make sure you use stealth!
Note that you may have to pay for parking here during the day, unless you are really quick and time your grab around the parking police. The last time I checked parking was free on evenings and weekends, except when there are events at the stadium nearby.
