We will ask you to take a short walk and read some signs with the history about St. James Farm. While doing so, using your smartphone you will gather clues to the location of the cache. It's very simple. Just follow the instructions below:
Placed throughout St. James Farm are informational signs that tell the history of the place and the people who lived and worked here. There are even some signs about the history of the greater Chicago area. Each sign has one or more paragraphs on it. Each paragraph has a header in orange letters.
We will give you a key word or phrase that you must find on the sign. When you have located the paragraph, we will ask you to translate the orange header into another language. Then we will ask you to select a specific letter in one of the translated words. Using the table below find the column in which that letter is located. Refer to the top row of the table to see which number it represents. You will have to find the 6 missing numbers in the final location of the cache.
