In this case, Groundspeak has sent an email to the cache owner with no response. The cache owner did not respond to any of the cachers hoping to find the cache and did not respond to the reviewer note so the cache is now archived.

The cache location is now open for any Geocacher to place a new cache, including the original cache owner.

Geocache Description:

Part of a series of caches that will follow the power lines and old railroad bed, starting at E.M.F., and eventually going all the way to Lisbon Falls. The caches hidden on 1/1/2015 are hidden between Lewiston Lava Flow and Hillcrest Poultry

To get to this cache, start at either E.M.F., Lewiston Lava Flow and head east, or Hillcrest Poultry and head west along the tracks. (This particular cache is also close enough to the road to be an in for the series).
