I have only lived in Smith County a short while, but in driving many of the back roads, I have come to absolutely love it. This place is full of many spectacular views, and this is just one of them!
I found this particular view while driving with 2 of my 3 kids, waiting for a doctor's appointment. I will warn you, the climb to this location is steep and the road drops abruptly off from the white line. There are many places with no guardrail where you'd feel much, much better with a guardrail. Parking is available next to the cache.
The cache itself is not spectacular but the view is what makes it worth it.
I placed it here on 1/1/15 to celebrate my 3-year Cache-aversary - and soon afterwards made my 1,000 cache find!
