Good morning, Geocacher. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves the recovery of a stolen item containing information designated "Praetorian." This is top secret information stolen from IMF by a double agent. The recovery of this information is of the utmost importance and this mission is now your only priority.

The only information about the potential whereabouts of the top secret information is contained in an encrypted transmission that IMF hackers intercepted this morning, which you have been provided with. Your mission is to decypher the message and retrieve the information. You may select any team members to help you accomplish your mission, but from this point on, you are on your own, there is no further information available to assist you.

As always, should any member of your team be caught or killed, the Secretary will disavow all knowledge of your actions. This message will self-destruct in five seconds...
