Um das Jahr 15 v. Chr. kamen die Römer ins Land und unterwarfen es ihrer Herrschaft. Die neuen Machthaber nannten die Bewohner Räter und gehörten zu einem Teil zur römischen Provinz Rätien. Zur damaligen Zeit führte oberhalb der Töll die Römerstraße, die Via Claudia Augusta vorbei, welche im Jahre 46 n. Chr. fertiggestellt wurde. Durch den Bau der Straße wurde das Gemeindegebiet um Partschins mit dem Strom der Weltgeschichte verbunden. Auf der Töll war zeitweise die Zollgrenze der römischen Provinz Raetia; der Name Töll kommt von telonium=Zollstätte. Die Existenz dieser Zolleinhebungsstätte wird durch den Fund des Sockels eines Diana-Altars belegt. Das Fundstück befindet sich im Ferdinandeum in Innsbruck.

Intorno all'anno 15 aC i Romani sono arrivati nel paese e hanno sottoposto lo stesso al loro dominio. I nuovi governanti chiamano gli abitanti Reti e appartenevano a una parte della provincia romana di Raetia. A quel tempo sopra la tel passava la strada romana, la Via Claudia Augusta, che durante l'anno 46 dC è stata completata. Con la costruzione della strada il comune di Parcines è stato collegato alla rete della storia del mondo. Sulla Tel a volte era il confine doganale della provincia romana di Raetia; Il nome Tel derriva da telonium = stazione doganale. L'esistenza di questa stazione doganale è correllata con la scoperta della base dell'altare di Diana. La base oggi si trova al museo Ferdinandeum di Innsbruck.
